Gentle yoga videos to support your day…

I created these 3 videos to help combat the stressors of living in the modern world.  Let’s face it, day-to-day life can be taxing to the nervous system + we run so fast sometimes, we forget to breathe.

First, a gentle morning wake up to get your day started off on the right foot.  Then a quick desk stretch to use when you need a refresh after being on the computer for awhile.  And finally, a wind down practice to cleanse you of the day + set you up for a good night’s sleep.
