OCTOBER 24–28, 2027
Inhabit Retreat
Miraval Berkshires · Lenox, Massachusetts
Five days of good food, spa time, and real conversation for women who have spent years of taking care of everyone else, and are ready to be taken care of for a change .
Seven women are already in.
Space for 22.
Picture this. The hills around you are turning gold and red, the air is crisp, and for once there's nowhere you need to be.
If you're like most of the women I know, you've been the one holding things together for a long time. You remember the appointments, notice who's struggling, figure out dinner, and answer the texts. And somewhere along the way, your own body became one more thing to manage. Something to fix, tighten, cover up or ignore.
I created Inhabit to give you five days of the opposite. Someone else cooks. There's free time built into every day. You'll move in ways that feel good, spend time outside, and sit by the fire with a group of women talking honestly about what we're taught about our bodies and getting older, and what we'd like to stop carrying.
It's the kind of place where your shoulders finally drop. I can't promise you'll love your body by the end of the week, but I hope you'll feel a little more at home in it, and a lot less alone.

From the robe waiting in your room to the fire at the end of the day, every detail is there to help you exhale.

A beautiful room, farm-to-table meals, two spa treatments of your choice, and nothing to plan. From the moment you sign up, I've got the details.

Yoga, walks in the woods, the sauna, a long soak, curated classes and experiences. Time to find out what your body feels like when you're not rushing somewhere.

Twenty-two women around the table and the fire. Enough to meet people you'd never otherwise cross paths with, and few enough that you'll know everyone's name by Monday.
Women share their experience of attending a retreat with Natalie.
My last retreat was in 2019, just before the time that shall not be named. A lot has happened since then, for all of us. I’ve missed this, and I’ve been dreaming about this week for a long time. More than anything, I want it to feel like a warm hug.
I can’t wait to welcome you.

Unfolding rhythms designed to cultivate sensory presence, somatic release, and restorative autumn stillness
Unhurried sessions that build day by day, where we get curious about what we've absorbed about our bodies and aging, and what we're ready to set down.. .
Slow, warm daily practice with Natalie, moving in ways that feel good in the body you have today. All levels are welcome, and resting is always an option.
Two treatments of your choice, plus the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tubs whenever you want them. Robe optional, but highly recommended.
Wander to your massage in a robe, take a resort class, nap with the window cracked, walk the grounds, or curl up by the fire with the book you've been meaning to read for months..
Small circles where you can say what's true, be really listened to, and hear yourself in another women's story. This part is really special.
Seasonal, farm-to-table food made with local ingredients and served to you three times a day., No planning, no shopping, no dishes.
Women from different places and stages of life, laughing over dinner and sharing the hot tub, who by the end of the trip, won't feel like strangers anymore..
On our last morning, we gather one more time for a simple ritual to mark what you're taking home, so the week stays with you long after you leave.
Each day has its own focus, with plenty of open time in between. Here’s a taste of how the week unfolds.
Some details may shift as I get to know the group, but this is the heart of it.
(For those of you who like to plan ahead, I’ll send the full schedule by June 21, 2027.)
Come early, drop your bags, and have lunch or head to the sauna. In the late afternoon we'll gather for gentle yoga to shake off the travel, then share a welcome dinner and our first evening circle by the fire, where you'll meet the women you'll spend the week with.
We'll start the morning moving slowly together, then spend our first workshop looking at the messages we picked up about our bodies growing up, from our mothers, magazines, doctors, and the culture around us. The afternoon is yours to luxuriate in. In the evening, come in your coziest clothes for a fireside circle with candlelight and stories, starting with the first time you remember loving being in your body.
A morning practice built around how your body actually feels today. In the afternoon, we'll talk honestly about what's changed with age, what we miss, and what we've come to appreciate, and each write a letter to our bodies. The evening is unscheduled, so book a treatment, gather around the fire, or turn in early.
Morning yoga, then a workshop about how we learned to compare ourselves to other women or keep our guard up with them, and what it’s like to practice something different. After a free afternoon, we gather at the fire as the light fades for a release ritual, letting go of a belief we’re done carrying. Then we’ll stay out under the stars with blankets and s’mores, surrounded by women who feel a lot less like strangers than they did on Sunday.
A last morning practice and a closing circle where each woman names what she's taking home with her. Then stay for lunch, a little more spa time or another class before you head out.
A few moments from the kind of week this is.

You'll probably know pretty quickly whether this is your kind of week. If you find yourself nodding along, I'd love to have you.
You can't remember the last time someone else took care of the details.
You're craving a few days with no inbox, no group texts , and no one asking what's for dinner.
You've been missing time with women where you can laugh hard, talk about real things, and not have to show up a certain way.
You'd like to go deeper without any pressure, knowing it's always ok to just listen.
You're ready to feel more at home in your body, just as it is right now.
You've been to my classes or workshops and you've been wanting more.
Inhabit is a particular kind of week, and it won't be the right fit for everyone. That's okay.
You're looking for a bootcamp, detox or weight-loss program.
You want a yoga intensive with hours on the mat every day.
You're hoping for a party weekend with late nights and lots of wine. We'll have plenty of fun, but it's more fireside than nightclub.
You're planning to keep working at full capacity through the week.
You'd prefer a solo spa getaway without group time.
You'd rather keep conversations light and surfacey.
You're hoping someone will tell you what to do with your life.
