In the first few minutes, I’ll welcome you in and share a little about what it truly means to come home to yourself ~ and why this practice is so needed in our noisy, overextended world. From there, we’ll move into breath, grounding, and slow, intentional movement to support your nervous system and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
You don’t need to be more flexible, more spiritual, or more “put together.”
You just need to show up ~ as you are.
